เป็นการเพิ่มศักยภาพในการให้บริการด้านการอ่านและการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างกว้างขวางและแพร่หลายของ สำนักงานอุทยานการเรียนรู้ TK park เป็นการกระจายโอกาสการเข้าถึงหนังสือให้กับเยาวชนและประชาชนที่อยู่ในที่ต่าง ๆ ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ซึ่งเป็นการดำเนินงานที่สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์และพันธกิจของหน่วยงาน รวมถึงสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาแหล่งบริการความรู้และกระตุ้นความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นที่จะปลูกฝังนิสัยรักการอ่านเชิงคุณภาพ ตลอดจนเพื่อให้นิสัยรักการอ่าน การเรียนรู้ หยั่งรากลึกในสังคมไทยอย่างยั่งยืนแท้จริงต่อไป

TK Public Online Library is TK park’s new development in public library service to promote reading and learning among a wider group of audience. This is to ensure that Thai children and youths in other parts of the country and everywhere have opportunities to access books and reading. TK Public Online Library therefore supports the TK park’s missions in creating an alternative learning space as well as the promotion of quality reading habit and lifelong learning in the Thai society on a sustainable basis.
